Town of Proctor Zoning Administrator

The Town has a Zoning Administrator, Bob Coons, who works part-time to administer and enforce the provisions of the Proctor Zoning Regulations. He reviews permit applications and works with the Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment, which considers appeals of his rulings.
